Package Your Gear
Place the original, unworn raincoat with all tags attached into its original packaging to ensure it remains protected during transit.
Ship It Back
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Quality Check & Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned item, we will process your refund or dispatch your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
